Please read these General Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") carefully before accessing and using the B2B Online shop (the "Website") or ordering any products via the Website.

The brand Alpaca Quartier is owned by Lucrecia Lovera and all products marketed and sold via the Website are sold and invoiced by Lucrecia Lovera, a company organized under the laws of Germany, with VAT number DE278578019, and having its registered address at Ossastrasse 38, 10245 Berlin.

1- Scope

a) These General Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all our business relationships with our customers (“Buyers”). The T&C only apply if the Buyer is an entrepreneur (section 14 of the German Civil Code), a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law.

b) The T&C particularly apply to contracts for the sale and/or delivery of movable items (“goods”), regardless of whether we manufacture the goods ourselves or purchase them from suppliers (sections 433, 651 of the German Civil Code (BGB)). Unless otherwise agreed, the version of the T&C valid at the time of the Buyer’s order or the version of the T&C last communicated to it in text form in any case shall also apply as a framework agreement for similar future contracts, without us having to refer to them again in each individual case.

c) Our T&C apply exclusively. Any deviating, conflicting or supplementary general terms and conditions of the Buyer will only become part of the contract if and to the extent that we have expressly agreed to their validity. This consent requirement applies in all cases.

d) Legally relevant declarations and notifications by the Buyer in relation to the contract (e.g. setting a deadline, notification of defects, withdrawal or reduction) must be made in text form (e.g. letter, email). Legal formal requirements and other evidence, particularly in the event of doubt about the legitimacy of the person making the declaration, remain unaffected

2. Ordering of products from our Stock Service

a) ALPACA QUARTIER sells the products displayed on the website at the time when each order is submitted by a Client.

b) Products can be ordered by completing the checkout process. Once completed, an automatic confirmation email will be sent to acknowledge receipt of the order. The order will be confirmed after 100% payment in advance, including shipping costs and extra Customs costs (exclusively for following countries: Switzerland, Norway, Finland, Sweden and England)

c) At the Check out you can review the detail of the products ordered, quantities, unit prices, and shipping costs.

d) If you notice any incorrect data in the Order Confirmation, you must notify us without undue delay.

e) The order will be shipped once the payment and availability of the product is confirmed. Shipping lead times are informed at the check out.

3. Price and payment

a) All prices shown on the Website are excluding VAT and other applicable sales taxes. VAT will be charged for German orders.

b) Orders from our Stock Service are subject to a minimum order value of 250€.

c) Shipping costs are charged to the customer and will be reflected in the invoice.

d) Payment terms for our Stock Service are as follows:100% payment in advance

4. Deliveries

a) Products will be delivered from our Distribution center in Aldenhövel 63 59348 Lüdinghausen Germany to the address provided during checkout.

b) Upon receipt the order, the customer is responsible for verifying:

That the number and description of products match the delivery note.

That the packaging is intact, undamaged, and not visibly wet or altered.

c) Any issues (damage, missing items, discrepancies) must be:

Reported in writing to ALPACA QUARTIER without delay.

Noted on the delivery receipt returned to the delivery company.

5. Returns

a) All wholesale orders are final, we do not accept returns.

6. Defective products

a) Orders are subject to mandatory consumer protection laws. In cases of defective products, you may be entitled to: repair, replacement, refund or price reduction or termination of the purchase agreement (depending on circumstances).

b) To facilitate investigation, we may request: a written description of the defect and/or evidence (photo/video)

c) If products need to be returned because of defective defective products:

ALPACA QUARTIER will provide a prepaid return label.

If the defect is confirmed, we will reimburse any reasonable return shipping costs.

d) We are not liable to repair, replace, or refund any product that:

Has been misused, abused, neglected, or improperly cared for.

Was damaged due to alteration, accident, or unauthorized repair.

Was used in contradiction to instructions.

Has deteriorated due to normal wear and tear.

e) If the product is found to be non-defective, we may:

Decline to repair/replace/refund.

Charge the delivery and inspection costs to the original payment method.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses, damages, costs, or expenses related to improper return requests.

7. Personal data

a) You confirm you have received information on how we process your personal data.

b) If you provide personal data of third parties, you confirm that such individuals have been informed and, where applicable, consented to our data processing practices in accordance with applicable laws.

Pre-order

How Our Pre-Order System Works

How to place your wholesale PRE-ORDER - until 30th/May 2026
Step 1: Curate Your Order. Browse our digital catalog and select the styles and quantities for your store.
Step 2: Once your Wishlist is confirmed, you can proceed to Check out.
Step 3: You will receive confirmation via email and we will send the Proforma Invoice in order to proceed with the 50% prepayment of the Total Amount ( excluding Shipping Costs). A 50% down payment is required to confirm your reservation and initiate the preparation of your selected items.
Step 3: Once your order is ready for dispatch, we will notify you to settle the remaining 50% payment, which will include Shipping cost and also Customs costs ( if mandatory)
Step 4: All orders are scheduled for delivery on August 1th, shipping directly from our warehouse in Germany.

Price & Payment terms

a) All prices shown on the Website are excluding VAT and other applicable sales taxes. VAT will be charged for German orders.
b) Shipping costs and extra Customs costs (exclusively for following countries: Switzerland, Norway, Finland, Sweden and England) are NOT included in the price.

c) Shipping costs are charged to the customer and will be reflected in the invoice.
d) Payment terms for are as follows:

- 50% pre-payment after the order is placed ( + 15 days )

- the remaining 50% has to be canceled before shipping the order. Once the payment is received we will ship the Order.

1. How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the final destination. These will be detailed in your final invoice before the second payment (50%) is made. Since we ship from our warehouse in Germany, we offer competitive rates for European and international destinations.

2. Can I cancel my Pre-Order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 7 days of the initial deposit. After this period, the 50% down payment is non-refundable as it is used to secure production and materials specifically for your boutique.

3. What is the return policy for wholesale orders?

In the B2B sector, returns are only accepted in the case of manufacturing defects or shipping errors. If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will provide a replacement or a credit note for your next order.

4. When exactly will I receive my order?

All pre-orders are scheduled to leave our German warehouse on August 20th. Depending on your location, delivery typically takes between 3 to 7 business days within Europe.

5. What happens if I don't pay the remaining 50%?

The final payment must be settled before August 15th to ensure your order is dispatched on the scheduled date. Orders not paid in full by the shipping date may be subject to cancellation and the loss of the initial
